OPTION 1: BOOK AND PAY ONLINE
Launch our online booking & payment system being sure to answer the questions as carefully and fully as possible as we use this information to group our students into the most appropiate bands. OPTION 2: BOOK AND PAY VIA THE POST
Download our booking form below and post it to us with a cheque made payable to KidzRock Music.

•  KidzRock! Booking Form (DOC) - best for completing on your computer then printing out (when prompted, click SAVE).
•  KidzRock! Booking Form (PDF) - good for printing out and then filling in by hand.
